Services Agreement

CUSTOMIZED ETIQUETTE TRAINING – NOVEMBER 19, 2019

The above-named participant (“You”) agree to receive the etiquette training, course or coaching listed above (the “Etiquette Services”) from Polite Society, LLC in exchange for a monetary fee of _________. All fees are due upon receipt of this invoice. You must provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel any prescheduled Etiquette Services. If You are unable to receive the Etiquette Services on the scheduled date for any reason, other than the fault of Polite Society, without providing the 48 hours’ notice, You are still obligated to pay the above fee.

All materials utilized during the Etiquette Services, whether standard off-the-shelf materials or materials specially prepared for You or the Etiquette Services, are and will remain the property of Polite Society. You may keep a copy of all materials for Your personal use and reference, but do not copy or distribute any of Polite Society’s materials to anyone else not receiving the Etiquette Services. Commercial exploitation of Polite Society’s materials or color able imitations thereof is strictly prohibited.

Polite Society is offering professional services under this Agreement. Polite Society warrants that it will provide the Etiquette Services in a commercially reasonable manner but explicitly disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, that the Etiquette Services are suitable for a particular purpose or will result in a specific outcome. The Etiquette Services are provided “as-is” without guarantee of specific result.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between You and Polite Society, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement, whether oral or written, concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between You and Polite Society.

You and Polite Society agree that neither is, nor shall be considered to be, an agent, distributor or representative of the other. Neither You nor Polite Society shall act or represent itself, directly or by implication, as an agent of the other or in any manner assume or create any obligation on behalf of, or in the name of, the other.

By signing below, You are representing that You wish to receive the Etiquette Services and agree to pay the above fee. You are also representing that You understand and agree with the above provisions and will adhere to all obligations.
