Following her BSBA at Miami University in Marketing & International Business, and MA PRAD at DePaul University, our CEO entered the corporate world. As an advertising executive, Jessica Lieffring saw firsthand how interpersonal communication and consideration in an enterprise can help or hinder success.

Her astute understanding of the need for civilities in this milieu led her to further her education in etiquette. Studying at The English Manner in London and The Emily Post Institute in Burlington, Vermont, she chose to make sure that this knowledge reached as many businesses as possible.
